Any idea how much the above cost!! Been to the shop but they will not tell unless I had somebody come to my house and measure. I only wanted to get an idea. Thanks

For a decent size bedroom at least £5k more like £10k!

About 14yrs ago they quoted me £2k for 2 wardrobes. Bizarre thing was that the guy selling them then said he could do it cheaper himself!!
Never again0 -
We had a complete nightmare with these people and I would advise anyone to stay away from them.
We were pleased with the sales guy. He was helpful and did not overstay his welcome. It all went wrong after that.
We were given no choice of delivery date or fitting date for the bedroom despite arranging it (so we thought) with the salesman. The job was totally bodged resulting in some of it being taken out and re-done. At one point we were even considering having it all taken out. They delivered the wrong colour replacement panels and left them in the garden because they delivered outside the agreed time. We waited in all day for the fitter and he didn't turn up. Their customer care was okay and they were apologetic but that was little consolation for the chaos we were living in because we couldn't use the cupboards.0 -
Thanks, I might consider MFI, I had them before and they send a bouquet of flowers after the job was done. I would not say the fittings were that fantastic and they had to cut the carpet to fit around the wardrobes. Might also consider the self assembly ones.0

We bought MFI last year. We did our own fitting. Cost about £500 for 2 double wardrobes, 1 single, 2 bedside cabinets and a large 5 draw chest.
The quality is fine and they look more expensive than they were. The downside is we can never move them as I don't think they would take disassembly. Also problem with MFI deliverying damaged parts and having to await replacements. They also didn't take away any of the damaged bits so I was left with an extra chest of drawers, minus draw front, 2 side panel for wardrobes and a top for a bedside cabinet.

OK, salesman was here for 4 hours!
To be fair it took a while to design the bedroom.
A row of 5 cupboards with glazed doors, plus a pull out TV unit. Also, a fitted boxed headboard stretching the length of one wall and two large bedside cabinets, came to...........
£9000!!
Then we talked discounts.........(or rather he talked and I stayed silent and waited for him to get to the bottom line)
£3,500 or £3,000 if we agreed to sign up to GE finance that we can still pay off straight away.
To be honest if we had had ordinary doors instead of glazed and if we had dumped the boxed headboard and TV unit we could have saved nearly a thousand more.
The guy was helpful and pleasant throughout, no real pressure.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
