PLEASE Help!

Hi, I have been trying to enter my code off the micro chips packet and for some reason, it just won't accept it. It keeps saying 'please enter a valid promotional code'. Can anyone help me with the format. I looked on the site but I don't seem to have 14 numbers after the letter. Thanks

maybe blacked out there are two more numbers after the time0
