How could they.....apart from offer you more for it...its a free market and if they want to buy it then nothing they can do.I guess they have concerns about what the housing associations plans will be and the effect on their property.0

How does selling to the housing association work then?
Does your property need to reach a certain criteria?
Does it have to be in a certain location/area?
Do they offer you the same as a developer would offer you on a part exchange deal?
And who would you have to contact to query this?

Im curious about this as well, there is a big housing association in my area.
It would be interesting to see if the buying prices stacked up better than some of the "buy your house in 7 days" style quotes.
I would be surprised if they offered the valuation tbh0
