my friends boyfriend is looking to buy a house to rent out ,he already has a small mortgage on a house valued around 200k , he also has bought a house with a mate to renovate and sell but, would now like to buy one to rent outr . does anyone know any good deals to make sdure he is getting a low interest rate :money:
