Talktalk woes

Hi, I have until recently been happy with my Talk Talk broadband home phone package unt without warning, my service was disconnected. Puzzled I rang customer services go be told there was no known reason why this should happen.
I then was told my account had been closed and despite an excellent payment history was not able to have this explained in any way despite speaking to five different customer service people.
I then decided to leave talk talk and sign up for sky and have been still getting monthly demand for payment despite the account being closed.
Oh dear - all not well at talk talk.
What I would like to do is to share this with an ombudsman as clearly this is at best shockingly bad customer service.
What should I do and how to go about this? Many thanks
Sam

I would also like to know who to report them to, have been trying to close my 85 year old mums account with them for 4 months now, still they haven't done it, BT are trying to help but it's been horrendous, they cut her off over Easter for non-payment (then admitted she had paid), they keep writing to my dad (even though we informed them he passed away in January), a whole catalogue of errors, I'm sick of it, there must be someone who can help!0
