Just a quick update, we are now sold. It wasn't who we expected liked the house most (the ones who were most open about it), we are pleasantly surprised though by the offers, and one had the edge both in monetary terms and for the fact that it is a completely clean offer. We feel gutted for the other potential buyer though as we felt they really loved the house etc so we feel sad for them.

You have, I assume, accepted an offer. You're therefore "Under Offer" or "Sold subject to conclusion of missives"

Once the missives are concluded, then you'll be "Sold"
