Well, I've just checked my paypal account after a few sales and payments made over the weekend and I've decided to up my target to £5 a day. By upping it it'll actually motivate me better to get listing and selling since I'm sitting at just over £50 already with fees and postage taken out :D

Here's hoping that people get bid happy on more of my stuff!

I think with any of the bingo sites, they will play with your deposit first, then goto bonus money.

I know I have made that mistake in the past, been caught out playing the fruit machines and scratchcards and they took all the deposit money.

I think it may only be bingo that you can play with the bonus money.

Someone will be along who can tell you, or you could try the Scratchcards thread?

Well I saved £19 on OH's fathers day present by buying almost new from eBay. Will count this as soon as I transfer the money into the savings account.

Off to a fitness class later so will take my own water so I'm not tempted to buy lucozade/juice/water at over inflated prices. Would walk and save the petrol however the class is not at my local gym so its a 10 mile (ish) round trip.

ETA: Also got a few mystery shops that will be paid this month =)

This will be quite a challenge this month, as I'm on leave for 2 weeks of May.

However, sign me up for £10 a day again please! I well and truly managed it for April, so maybe, just maybe May will be a possibility as well :D

  • Hi All - JC and Sweetpea in particular, Can you recommend reputable mystery shopping sites...?? I won't be treading on your toes (I presume you are both female) but I was thinking about it for my OH who is out of work through redundancy at the moment. I think he'd find it really interesting.

I once looked into it for me but I decided you needed to have a good memory to complete the forms afterwards - description of staff member if no name tag etc (I couldn't identify anybody if my life depended on it:rotfl:)

I apologise if there's a link to mystery shopping on page 1... I'm about to scoot over there now.

    Cheers. x
