Refunded Credit
I must say that I am pretty quick to complain about bad service but, recently, I used the energy switching tool to see if I could save anything on my gas & electric. It came up showing a saving with the same company I'm with (EON). So I called them and they suggested switching to another tariff. This saved me over £36 per month; my latest bill showed a credit of around £100 which they duly returned to me!
