Where can i get a new spare wheel and tyre from?

Ebay is your friend here, or a decent scrappie cos you'll need a suitable jack and wheelbrace.
Though you could get a sturdy scissor jack (or even a small trolley jack if you have room) and an old fashioned square multi size wheelbrace from a good accessory shop instead, those old fashioned wheelbraces give much better leverage than the flimsy toy usually found in the cars own toolkit.0 -

The easiest way would be to google "scrapyards in my area" , you should be able to get both a spare wheel and tyre from the same place.
If you dont want to make a special journey just plan it around a trip out.
Rover 214's will be in every scrapyard so it shouldnt be hard to locate one.
otherwise Ebay, and pay the delivery charges ,which will probably be more than the wheel & tyre combined0
