Name changes are a nightmare. Every company has their own rules around it, it's mad.

I think facebook is as good as it is bad it does shock me sometimes just how much information people put on.

The baby has had a few more goes in the jumperoo and has started smiling in it. She's drooled all over it so we can't really send it back She loves her bumbo though that was a brilliant buy very pleased with it.

Not so pleased with myself though maintained again at fat club this week but having said that I did have a pizza hut, fish butty and pub lunch this week so maintaining is probably not so bad a result. So now I need to lose 3lbs to get back on track:( must try harder this week

Thanks I'm trying this week OH bought a cheesecake :(its gone now....

Doing ok today not had anything naughty:D but then again its not even 1 o'clock yet.

Just been to the first week of the nails and beauty course, it was different. All the other girls on it seem really nice, the woman running the course was nice but she asked us if we were all gong to meet up again just as it started - no one had met each other before - then at the end she asked if we were all going to swap numbers, it just seemed a bit much to me. No one did swap numbers but maybe by the end of the course it'll be different.

Got £95 left which ideally I need to save to help with next months bills, could really do with a new pair of trainers for fat club the ones I have don't have enough cushioning so my feet feel a bit sore by the end of the class might try going another couple of weeks if it gets worse I'll have to get some Wyndsors have some reebok ones for £25 and they look squishy on the website.

Wow well done, we all have fat days, i wish i was eating i supping shakes and im sticking it out because i paid alot for it and its non refundable so use it or waste it ..... :-O groups are like that i think its so they can encourage you to help each other out you will find overtime you will be facebook buddies and mobile text friends so take no worry in that lol ..... nails and beauty do mse's get discount treats lol lol lol ..... if you need new trainers get some..... how much have you lost so far ?:-) im in debate what diet to appraoch post cambridge :S

So far we've learnt how to cleanse tone moisturise properly- my face hurt when we'd finished the stuff was meant to be for sensitive skin but I don't think it was....

I know I should get the trainers but I really want to get rid of the debt. Lost 8lbs so far - need to lose 3 this week to get back on track of 1lb a week

Don't know what to suggest diet wise I've never done a non-food based diet, how much does it cost?

well oh is doing it withme and its £83 a week so its not wise to ditch it ... we have been naughty not sticking t o it but now im more focused and thats that ..... get a bulk off and get on to a nice based diet..... i was having facial peels for my wedding using the md formulations it really made a difference, ... how much are you wanting to loose again? im looking to loose 4 stone although i dont look huge i feel it ... and ive gained at least 2 stone since wedding eating absolute junk ! its a viscious circle !
