Thanks guys, as mentioned on a different thread, I've had these done before, I just didn't know the FYEO bit! lol

We recently had some shots done together that were a little risque, can't wait to get them!0 -
I'm not getting him anything - is this really tight?! I had a great idea in mind but we're just too poor at the moment to get it. I would rather treat him to a weekend away in a few months. Feel really mean now!

Everyone thanks so much for your responses. It's been a great help.
I've ordered the Grooms Journal, and 'How to be a good husband' book, haha.
I'm also going to do a mini hamper, I've ordered a hip flask which has been engraved and i'm going to put in a couple of whisky miniatures as that was his dad's drink. I've got a hankie personalised with a message (& one for my Dad), i'm going to put in some chewing gum and chocolate - but am stuck for anything else...... IDEAS?!

We've bought all the guys in our bridal party socks, they have usher / best man etc written on them. but yeah i could buy him some funny pants!
Those spaceforms are nice, but not something he would appreciate I think. No doubt it would just be put in a drawer somewhere, lol.
I love this forum, you are all so helpful :-) V xBride to Be - 28th August 2010 :dance:0 -
I'm doing the FYEO portrait, but not giving it to him until our first anniversary - fills the 'paper' theme nicely!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Just incase anyone else was thinking of it I was in a bookshop today and saw the Don't for Husbands. It was only £2.99 and I can see why, it was very boring and had things like don't leave your carpentry tools out for your wife to put away. Plus it was tiny!
I did however get
"The Husbands Book" - for the husband who's best at everything. £9.99
It's quite witty and has tips such as spontanious flowers, booking trips to the london eye, how to compliment you on your outfit and my favourite - suggestions for anniversary gifts.
I would say it's well worth the extra £7!!!Bump due 22nd September0 -
This will teach me for not being MSE - £5.88 on Amazon
