How can anyone answer that without knowing what your consumption is?
Assuming £27pm for gas and £5pm for electricity, that's very cheap for a winter period.

Assuming around 10p per kWh, that would be about £25 for your electricity.
But you said (implied) £10 for that period?
State the actual kWh consumption for each service and the number of days.
All the info is given on your bill.
This assumes that both the opening and closing readings are actual, not estimates. If estimated, then the bill will not represent your actual consumption, and you'll have to work it out from your current meter readings.

245 kWh of electricity can not cost £10. 245 kWh of gas can not cost £54

    Hi Pinktooth

I would just echo macman's advice and make sure we have used actual meter readings on your bill and not estimates. If not, let us know what they are and we will re-bill the account accurately.

Once you have an idea of your usage, I would pop the details on to one of the comparison sites to see how we stack up.

In the meantime, make sure the tariff you are on best suits your needs. There are extra discounts available for managing your account online and paying with a Monthly Direct Debit.

Hope this helps a little. Give me a shout if you need any more details as will be happy to help. :)
