Bed bolts (or rather nuts)

Hi,
I have a metal framed bed that is missing one of the nuts to receive the bed bolts that hold it all together, and I'm having a lot of trouble finding a replacement.
Unlike the more common bolts that use round cross dowels, these bolts screw into a metal insert that has a square cross-section and an M8 thread. This picture appears to show what I'm looking for: http://delivered2you.co.uk/epages/eshop159039.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/eshop159039/Products/E18
Unfortunately the site above doesn't have any stock. They use the term "block dowel" but that term doesn't seem to be in general use based on a web search.
Any ideas where I might find one?
Thanks,
Ben

Care to enlighten me? I regard myself as being pretty good at finding things online, so I apologise if I have genuinely posted about something that can be found easily. What did you search for?
However, I found plenty of results for things that are similar but not close enough to what I described in the OP. As I said above, the metal inserts I need are not the same as the round cross dowels which are more commonly found.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Thanks, but I can't see any that look like the ones on the link I posted above. If you found any, could you post a link?Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Most model engineers have a stock of steel or aluminium offcuts. Find one of the right size or machine it down, then drill and tap M8. If you are near J21 of M1, I am likely to be able to help..no charge ..pm me.0

moonrakerz - did you actually read the OP? Other than the same link that I posted in the OP (which is out of stock) I can't see anything in that search that matches the requirements I mentioned.
