    I personally think the one you've posted a link to .. looks ugly. I'd much prefer that all I can see of an extractor fan, in a nice new bathroom, is this :-

    I assume you've ready access to the loft so one of the in-line extractors can sit up there .... it's unobtrusive and the noise level is much less than one with the motor at ceiling level?

    The Icon15 is also underpowered if you want it for a full bathroom. You need to be looking to change the air around 9 times / hour to combat steam. The one you've linked to is 76 cubic metres / hour. You need to be thinking at least 160 cu m/hr - and personally I'd go for 250. If you want the timed version - this one is ideal :-

    ... and best wired into the light switch and losing the pull cord (unless, of course, that's how the light works?)
    If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !
