    Morning!

Ooh, exciting about the chickens Linda!

I'm seeing my support worker today, other than that no plans. I still haven't heard back from my tutor about the extension and the assignment was due right now, so it looks like it might have to be my substitution one, which is really annoying. I'm really not rating this tutor much, he doesn't send out tutorial notes, he marks essays using text speak, and seems to be uncontactable.

sorry for the rant, it just slipped out.

I would complain Ames - that doesn't sound helpful at all!

claire, do you need to cover the emergency, or can you get away with putting enough on to get you through til tomorrow - could you put the £3 on, then get OH to put maybe 5 on when he gets back...would it last?

Not too bad a day, been to the gym, and bought some ebay thingies (headphones, phone cases for me and Pint, screen protectors for me and Pint - paid from Paypal, so all neutral!) Got some odor eaters and laces for Pint, but he'll pay me back, and it'll go in the cat

LMC, that's another thing - he took well over two weeks to mark the last assignment, my other tutor took two days!

Ames, I'm still waiting for portfolios I handed in before Easter (now a month) Should get one back this week and one back next week. Am really scared about the results. Also need to email my tutor to see if she can find out what I need to do for the assignment I missed.

I've been to poundland to get some pots for veg. Spent £4 - really didn't realise that 'everything's a pound' in Poundland

Now putting some holes in them and doing a bit of research on a housing association I am going to apply to.

I had an OU tutor who took ages to mark things and used to insist that I hadn't done enough words because "2000 (or whatever it was) is so many sides of paper" - never mind that I'd done a computer word count then, argued with him for weeks over that one. Hopefully they're a little bit more 21st century now!

ah claire, didn't know that. When I was in a house with a meter, it didn't matter what you put on as it still accepted it (even though we reckoned the ll was stealing the leccy)
