MOC on friday - do you think it will be accepted??

OK, MOC on friday for IVA. We owe £45k, and in the IVA agreement the creditors will receive 68p to the pound back once we have done equity release in 5th year.

Creditors are HSBC, MBNA, Ge Money, Nationwide, EGG, Natwest.

Do you think it will be accepted?

We own out home, have £133k mortage, house valued at £180k, tried to do equity release to start with but couldn't release enough because of LTV.

Any thoughts?

68p in the £ is a rather high proposed dividend so it stands a very good chance.

What company are you with?

The comforter most people give for this question is that your IP will earn their money for the IVA when it is accepted. He puts the same amount of work into a successful case as he does a rejected case but doesn't get paid for rejected cases so he'll be careful about wasting your time and his own.

The cccs have arranged it but they have been crap at times!
Moc is 1pm tomorrow......so worried about it being rejected though!
