Reclaim GST/PST in Canada airport

Can anyone tell me how to reclaim GST/PST at the Toronto International airport. Is it still valid. What all receipts can be reclaimed.

GST = Goods and Services Tax
PST= Provincial Sales Tax

Vistors are no longer able to reclaim GST and PST.0 -
The refund stopped ages ago, i didn't get anything back at the tax place at the airport and that was back in 2007.TOTAL 2013 £3100 :eek:
