In my search for an inexpensive Evoke DAB (I missed the Tesco 1/2 price one Grrr) I came across this Creative model at £39.99. Froogle is giving the typical price at £60-80. Not sure about the quality but Creative have a reasonable rep. Hope this helps someone & hasn't been previously posted.

Bought one last week.
Listening to Planet Rock as I type, DAB is excellent but I must say FM is a little flaky it needs a strong signal but overall 9 out 10 from me. :j0 -
Bought one of these a month or so ago.
Excellent sound on DAB and FM for me. I've attached it to an external aerial and the reception is excellent.
The only thing I don't like about it, as I use it as my bedside alarm is that the time is shown all through the night but as soon as the radio turns on when the alarm goes off, the time disappears from the display.
Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but I have to turn the radio off and on again to get the time back...................Seems a bit daft to me or is it me thats daft ?
I also wish the display was larger for my ageing eyes !
Other than those moans, it's a really solid radio with a lovely rich tone.
It sounds a lot more expensive than it was.0 -
bloodnok...
On top of the radio on the left hand side is a button named Info - while the radio is on, press this button repetedly untill the time & date are displayed - you should leave it on this setting if you wish the time to be displayed when the radio fires up in the morning......workz for me anyway.
....agreed excellent sound .....very well made little radio....0 -

This radio is the bargain of the year - plays my MP3s etc no problem through the aux input on the front, with great sound.
For £40 you just can't go wrong. Also, if there's a problem (which there was with my first one - faulty left speaker which suffered with interference) you can use amazon's excellent customer returns/ replacement service, which is top-notch and is rapidly quick in sorting it all out for you.
This radio is excellent.
Cheers,

Not mentioned in the ad. Not aware of any DAB radio needing AM! AM's history when compared to DAB!
