    I sent my big questionaire for 2012 back on 1st May 2012 and only this morning did I receive a conformation email from them to say that I had now been accepted as a member of the panel but there as never being any mention to me of a free bottle of perfume as a welcome gift. The only freebie was a yellow pen which came with the questionaire.:T

    You are lucky Jan. I sent mine in April and I still have not heard from them.

    The perfume isnt a welcome gift, its a thanks for being with us over the year gift. If that makes sense.

    Usually you only get the perfume if you have been with them for a whole year after the first massive questionnaire had been sent back.

    Although a couple of people on here got the perfume even though they hadnt done a complete year so who knows whats going to happen next year :cool:

    I got an email as well confirming receipt of the mega form and acknowledging I was part of the panel, oddly enough they never queried last year when I never bothered to send the form back. I also got a survey to fill out about satisfaction with the panel, I said more surveys would be nice as would putting the huge form online next year.

    Just received a second 'Mega-Form' :mad:

    Got the first one when they eventually sent the perfume...sent it back, completed, straight away.
