If you have been sent another survey just check before filling it in as it looks like they may have crossed in the post. I received a second one today, sent an e mail sayong I had already returned it and got this reply.

Dear Ms,

We have definitely received your form ad we thank you very much for this.

Please discard the other one.

I've only received email surveys apart from my initial questionnaire, and pre-trial questionnaires. I've not been picked for anything yet.

How many surveys do you need to complete before getting a £5 bond voucher?

Hi Missli, Givaudan say it's 5 surveys before they send a voucher.

Tends to be about right in my opinion, but I know others would dispute that! Also, I believe they pay out £5 voucher if you're chosen for a product test.

I dont think it will hurt if you were to email them and explain (nicely!) that you think you've done 5 surveys but have yet to receive any reward.

I think a couple I may have been given twice (so filled in twice), so am a bit confused about how many. Thanks for that, will keep an eye out after my next survey, as should definitely be 5 then.

I've completed 10 surveys + 2 pre-recruitment surveys (dont know if they are also count) for this year but only had 1 voucher. I dont think their system is reliable... I dont mind if they will not give me the voucher but I'll get a free perfum for the first time in the next year but I doubt...:o

I had the same problem. I did more than 5 surveys but have not received any vouchers for ages. So I contacted them and they asked me to send the links I have done. They said there is no records that I have done any of surveys. But they sent me £5 voucher.
I do not know how it works for the future but guess it is better we speak it out and they need to fix the problem if it is common.

Only joined this year and got my perfume with first mega survey - had not heard since from them until this week when I got an email survey on laundry smells - sent off straight away was quite straight forward even if it did take a bit of time.

I've had a couple more surveys, so will be looking out for a voucher within the next couple of weeks.

I always fill surveys out almost immediately, and have filled out all the ones sent me (except duplicates). So I have most definitely done more than 5 now.
