I've been with them about five years now and have had perfume every year, apart from last year. Bizarrely, they sent the survey in a box, but no perfume, so I emailed them, thinking it must have been left out by mistake. They said they hadn't received my survey from the year before, so I wouldn't be getting the perfume. I can only assume my survey had got lost in the post.
This year I got the Ricci Ricci - not what I'd normally wear, but very nice.0 -

No its an ongoing survey site and usually once you have been with them a full year (there year usually ends in February) and resign your commitment to them they give you a bottle of perfume as a thank you for your continued commitment.
So basically if you joined now you may not get the perfume next year and it wont have been a full year in Feb but you will probably get it the next year. Thats how they usually work although they havent sent it to everyone this year and I also think some people that havent done the full year have got some ?!
For every 5 surveys you get sent £5 capital bonds vouchers and also get things to test in your home, usually fabric conditioner or air freshners.
If you email them and ask about joining the panel and see what they say.
