Me too :mad: I contacted them 5 weeks ago, a couple of days before I moved and they confirmed they'd changed my address but have sent perfume and questionnaire to my old address. I managed to get hold of my old house keys today as it's currently empty but no calling card there. So I don't know if they've gone to deliver and seen the house is empty or not even attempted delivery yet. Will try Parcelforce depot in the morning methinks.

I e-mailed them and asked how do they select people for free perfum and its what they said:

"Hello,

There could be several reasons for that and we cannot tell them as we do not know which one applies to each of our panelist.

Sorry for the inconvenience."

I emailed them last night to see where my survey/ perfume was or even if I was getting something ( did feel cheeky doing so ) and I got the reply this morning that I was being / had been sent both but that they were late this year in sending stuff out....keep getting all excited wondering what I'm going to get but also worried that it'll go astray and that will be the end of further surveys

Just would like to know how many of you who joined them last year and have not received the perfum? What month did you join?

Is anyone still waiting to receive this years questionnaire & perfume who hasn't moved house? I called Parcelforce this morning about my parcel that's supposedly getting delivered to my old address and they had no record of it at the local depot.

I emailed the survey people requesting the tracking number and they were most unhelpful and said they couldn't tell me because an external company sends them out and "its far too complicated to find it out".

Did anyone who has received their parcel have it delivered by anyone but Parcelforce? I WILL get my parcel somehow!!
