Free gift from Givaudan for completing perfume survey

I have been with them over 2 years and only ever had the joining questionnaire sent to me?

When I originally joined they sent a long booklet type questionaire which I completed signed and sent back....product tests etc happened...and online surveys...capital bonds arrive in payment.

Each year however I have been sent a repeat of the first survey...the one that arrived yesterday was Givaudan..engaging the senses..survey 2011...its a 35 page booklet with a membership contract on the last page to sign...my bottle of perfume was also in the box...
it seems very similar to the original first survey when I joined and does say "your membership of our panel will only become effective once we have received the completed questionaire"
Therefore I assume this questionnaire is sent out annually with the perfume and you need to return it completed to remain on the panel...the perfume being a thank you gift for your continued support
I only received this yesterday so if I were you i'd leave it a few days and then email them to see if you have to reapply too.

Just checked the packaging...it was sent out on 22/02/11 from an address in France and delivered by parcelforce

How weird, I have only ever had the 1st questionnaire, never had an annual one again last year?

I always get the huge questionnaire sent with the perfume each year - usually Feb:)

just looked over these posts from last year and aparently its love by chloe , :-)

Mine was Love by Chloe as well. Wasnt sure at first I didn't like the initial burst, but it softens into a lovely wearable fragrance. Quite subtle- great for work. Very pleased.

yeh i have only put a tiny bit on and it smells really nice dont think i`ll put the spray pump in tho just use it to dab some on cos think it would smell bad with load`s on x
