Now I'm not a member, well not so far as I recall (lol) as I join a lot of stuff, I did the survey via the link on here (didn't get an email) and received my £5 Capital Bonds today. I was worried that I wouldn't get it because I'm not a member so I am one very happy bunny as it was a very loooong survey.
    2020 Wins:
  • I had a survey yesterday with the warning on as well.

I also had a reminder for the survey not done but I had done it. I sent them an e mail and they said it is a general e mail sent when someone has missed the survey. It was not specific to anyone.

    hth:)

I've received the email about doing all the surveys as well and I've replied back to ask if it is a general email sent to all the panellist or not as I've always filled my surveys in time. The answer was that it was just a reminder for all the pannelists.HTH
