I had a survey yesterday but nothing like that in the email. i'm a member to. must be a new thing they have put in.

she also got another survey yesterday bit didnt recieve any thing like that but got one on 6/5/2010 that said

Dear Miss, Madam

To be Panelilst, it's to undertake to respond to the various tests and surveys conscientiously, sincerely, objectively and personally.
In order to ensure validity and quality of our Panel, Givaudan checks the consistency of answers to questionnaires but also if the panellist reply to our surveys.
And Givaudan reserves for itself the right to terminate or suspend the panelist's membership.

Your membership is very important for us and without your support, it will be difficult for us to manage our studies.

funny thing is shes done every survey they have sent except 1 (the plugin air freshener) as it was closed when she clicked the link which she did as soon as she got the email?

I got that email but i have done every survey they have sent me to, my friend also got it.

I've received the email about doing all the surveys as well and I've replied back to ask if it is a general email sent to all the panellist or not as I've always filled my surveys in time. The answer was that it was just a reminder for all the pannelists.HTH
