Name And Shame Companies That Do Not Honour Your Orders

I don't know if I have put this on the right thread, but I think its about time we name and shame all the stores/companies that do not honour our orders.
There have been numerous occasions when I have spotted brilliant offers on the grabbit board, placed an order after it has been shown to be in stock, only to find that my monies have been refunded and my order cancelled without explanation sometimes.
I am sick of it. It has happened to me twice in one week, one being woolworths, and Medionshop and B& Q and Debenhams and the list goes on!!!
Lets start to name and shame these people with a hope they start getting their act together!!!
winge over!!!

Debenhams are the most dreadful company to order online from! I have waited for a refund of items not sent since last October! Placing an order online can take hours sometimes (especially during sale times) then nothing is available when it comes to actually sending it.........0

Thebookpeople, who not only cancelled my order but also sent me a link to the same product for a fiver more on an affiliate site!0

I ordered 12 items on 24 July (all showed as ‘available - delivery within 4-7 working days’); On 1 August, they showed on my Account as ‘confirmed’ … I contacted CS, who confirmed delivery as 2 or 3 August.
On 3 August I received 8 items + an e-mail (sent at 1700 hrs) stating 1 item was OOS and the remaining 3 items were to be delivered ‘within the next 4-7 working days’. I checked my Order online and it was classed as ‘Despatched’, BUT the outstanding 3 items were not shown at all.
On 4 August (1313 hrs) I e-mailed CS asking for answers to three queries + lodging a complaint re 1 item being OOS and 3 still outstanding when they had been shown as ‘available’ on 24 July, ‘confirmed’ on 1 August + order was shown as ‘despatched’ on 3 August.
Three hours later CS e-mailed me:
‘I have looked into your order and can confirm that the items you have not received were cancelled from your order as they are currently out of stock at the moment’. [Less than 24 hours previously I had been told ‘4-7 working days’ for delivery! And if I had not contacted CS again, would they have even bothered to inform me of this cancellation? ].
‘I understand that this is disappointing and I'm sorry for any trouble it will cause you’. [Well, I have now lost the opportunity to purchase the items instore and to say I am ‘disappointed’ is an understatement. I have also wasted a lot of time 'phoning / collating & e-mailing details in relation to the pursuance of this order].
‘I would like to reassure you that you have not been charged for these items’. [I should darn well hope not!!!]
‘I do hope that you find ordering online with us quick and easy in future’. [Following this fiasco, I think my response to that misguided optimism goes without saying].
Furthermore, I did not receive an answer to two of my original three queries.
Marks & Spencer - your service is APPALLING!If it's cheap, I'm cheerful!0 -
My worse has to be Sainsbury's online.
Ordered a fridge/freezer and washing machine. Same make, so that they were the same colour.
We were moving, so I asked for them to be delivered on the day of our move.
Three days before, I phoned to check that all was in order.
The order had been cancelled becasue the washing machine was out of stock. They had already taken my money so they were okay!! No notice of cancellation at all.
Spoke to customer services several times that day. They found me washing machine (upgraded) - would I be happy with that? All I wanted was a w/m and fridge!!!
Day of move - No delivery!!! Friday afternoon!!! Phoned and they said that the driver had been to the area but could not find the house. Would have to wait until Monday to speak to the delivery department.
To cut a long story short.... They had the wrong address, because they had the wrong customer. Same surname, different address, different county!!
I am STILL waiting for an apology from them.
Oh, and by the way, three days after they did deliver... they knocked on my door with someone elses delivery!!!!!!!!!! Never ever again!!:dance: "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion". _party_0 -
How about the shopping channel OneTV ? Some people have been waiting since before Christmas for refunds and goods. It has closed down one of its two channels and its website. They did promise that they have raised another £1.5m to pay these refunds and to start broadcasting again. This has now been delayed and people are still waiting for their cash. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
