Tidying satelite cable

Hello all. I have just installed a free-sat dish on the back of my house and am having problems clipping the cable to the wall ? I am using some cable clips from wickes and all they seem to do is break or bend! The bricks seem rock hard and the mortar even harder. ( any cracks in the wall will split a brick rather than the mortar!) My question is, are there extra strong cable clips I can buy? if not, my only other thought `is to pilot drill the holes for the cable clips but I cant seem to find any masonry bits small enough.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
many thanks, Neil
