recently tarted a contract with t-mobile this contract was taken out in tescos phone shop at the time i was told i would receive a free gift on the 18 th march have a gift certificate which states this too we are now at the end of april and still nothing tesco keep fobbing me off and telling me its t mobile but its TESCOS offer any ideas where i stand or what to do

Isnt it tmobiles problem to sort out though as they provide the service, jhave you spoken to t mobile about it0

yeah have spoken to tmobile lots of times they say as it is a store promotion has nothing to do with them they have also phoned the shop for me still no luck0
