Who can say?
The Capital Bond is a 'with profits' investment with a 'capital guarantee' dependent on the chosen fund.
It is a long term investment and you are looking at a 7-10 year term, whether this will out-perform ISAs, NS&I index-linked certificates and other products who knows? For myself I am an optimist - there does not seem to be much use being anything else.
