Consumer Rights - Internet Misprice, retailed taken payment and sent confirmation

Hello,

I am new around here, so apologies if I've posted in the wrong place!

I am looking for some advice please...

I chose to purchase a DSLR camera with zoom lens from Tesco online last weekend, I received a confirmation email of my order immediately and checking my bank statement, payment has been taken for the item by Tesco.

I have been told by Tesco that it is a mistake as the Lens is not included and that I can cancel my order or pay more for the Lens.

I am looking for some advice please, I know that order confirmation alone is not an acceptance of the contract to supply the goods, but with hard evidence that they have taken the money for the item from me, surely this is?

I have also read on another forum that if the online retailer claims that their terms and conditions state that a contract is not made until the goods are delivered, it can be argued that these Terms and Conditions are invalid as they have not been provided to me in a durable medium (ie not a webpage as this can be edited).

Has anyone had a similar situation? Any legal guys here who can lend me some advice??

Crikey they've got the Samsung GX20 on there for more than I paid for it exactly 2 years ago! (and I got 12 months at 0% as well).

What camera was it and is the item still on their website, so we can have a look at the description?
