Why did I get so many hits?

I've just sold a baby's toy on ebay (item no 220012359805) which sold for £26. Dead chuffed as I bought it for £29.99 4 years ago and it was just gathering dust!
The maximum price that other identical items have sold for is £7.50, but the interesting thing is the number of hits. I have had over 900 hits for my item, whereas other items are getting 20-30 on average. I am trying to work out what I am doing right?? I am selling worldwide which will obviously help, but can anyone pinpoint why my listing was so popular, so I can replicate it on other items
Thanks

Maybe some of the words in the auction added to the hits as in the search bar you can choose to search for words in listings so maybe this has added them up0
