Hoping someone can help me. I tried to moneysave right now and glue my good as new trainers as they are starting to come apart on the sole at the toe. However I accidentally got some on my flatmates new jeans due to a pulling off the lid mishap.
I know from previous experience that nail varnish remover gets it off your skin in combo with cold water and scrubbing but have no idea re fabric dilemmas.Have tried a cold water scrub with a scrubbing brush and a teeny bit of nail varnish on the back but as they are dark and quite new I am dubious about using NV remover on the front.
Can anyone help me please?

Soaking superglue in hot soappy water makes it go cloudy & brittle so once its dry you may be able to pick it off.......worth a try?I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0

Zippy thanks. The only place I can think of that I havent tried is DIY shops which I cant reach locally without a car...I have suggested it to Wilkos as a stock suggestion and the manager says thats a good idea as they sell even in my small one about 30 types of superglue. I said surely I cant be the only one.
Also tried WH Smith and all poundshops.. all of whom only sell the glue in glue only packs.
Seems pretty baffling to me if PPl sell Locktite that they dont also stock Locktites remover product for something so hard to get rid of..
Have seen some on the Internet and ebay when Googling but this will take appro a month all in for delivery..What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0
