Haven - Thorpe Park Cleethorpes

We've never been to a holiday park before so not too sure what to expect but we are going to Thorpe Park on 1st September for 3 nights.

Anyone been to this site, Whats it like? Anything to avoid or must do's.

My parents bought a caravan on this site - make sure you dont do the same. They are cheap to buy but impossible to sell and you end up having to sell back to the site for a £1000's loss.

Apart from that the site is good with swimming pool and big bar containing a bear. Beach is very close by also.
