:j..some of you may remember my previous threads regarding my LL who had claimed that we had used central heating oil from his oil tank despite it being empty when we moved in...we have today learned that after 5 months..we have been awarded the full amount back (£1050):D....and better still our baby girl arrived 11 days ago 3 weeks early..so the cash is very welcome..heres to putting that particular renting experience behind us and thanks to everyone that advised..

thanks all:D..getting the deposit back is the icing on the cake..its taken a while as the dispute service has been snowed under but it was lovely to get the phonecall today
thankfully our current renting experience has been much nicer...0 -
