Plastic? Nothing in laminate is plastic.

We've just ordered Moderna flooring which is apparently idenitical to Quick step as it's the same uniloc system. It has a 25 yr guarantee too. Looks as good as solid wood in my opinion.0

Just a thought, what are you putting underneath it?
We had the green fibre boards under the laminate in the last house and the glued together laminate on top.
This house has the expanded foam sheeting underneath and the click together laminate, the stuff in the old house was tons better.
When we do another room it will be the green fibreboard beneath and glue together laminate.
