Hi There!
I recently bought a super wizz bang notebook via the https://www.medionshop.co.uk website. The computer was in the refurbished section so I got quite a bit off it. It only took a day and a half to get to me but arrived without the stated MS WorksSuite installed so I phoned Medion to ask if they could send the disk to me (not expecting anything). Within a week the disk arrived (by courier on next day delivery - apparently they had problems getting hold of it).
I have to commend Medion for their 5 star service, their great, helpful staff and their overall excellent 'shopping experience' what a difference to some retailers.
