I've come across one called iWeb which appears to be free, but I've not heard of it before - any reviews?
I'm after a site with no management fees or inactivity fees - currently with Selftrade, which I was happy with until they introduced the management fee!
I'd also like to be able to open an account without having to have a starting balance, e.g. Halifax want a £100 investment.

I have a iii account, and it didn't need an original investment. The charges are very reasonable, and I'm much happier with them than Selftrade, to date.Debbie0
