1st Class Royal Mail Disclosure Scotland Certificate not arrived yet.

Sorry, not sure if this is the right place to post this

I was told by Disclosure Scotland that my Enhances Disclosure certificate had been posted last Monday (19/10/2010) by 1st Class Royal Mail, and I have not received it yet.

Do you think it could be 'lost' in the post or what?

It has been a week now and still no sign. Surely it should be here by now.

Please help.

    Of course it should.

Ask whoever sent the first one to send a replacement.
The thing is the sender's responsibility until it is delivered to you.

Edited to add: Do you live in a particularly remote place that needs mail delivery by air?
Recent flying problems may have upset things.

No, I live in a perfectly unremote place, and all delivery is done as usual.

They said they cannot reprint the certificate until 10 days after the original print-off.

Well, it't not too bad. First time something has got 'lost' in the mail.
