BT rip off, why not change!

Options
BT were charging me a fortune for my phone bill, so i changed. i live in student accommadation and as you can guess the bills were sky high, infact it got to the stage that i had to break the phone to stop making calls , then when i went to buy a mobile in the carphone warehouse, they said i could save on my bill. i was sceptical i admit but they explained everything, they explained that those numbers i phoned and my flat mates phoned the most, i.e, parents and friends, if they are on bt, and they change, we can all phone each other for free, my mum loved this! so now i'm saving loads. i'v never once decided to change back. BT more like satan incarnate ;D ;D

With them abolishing the Standard package from 01/07/04 and moving every customer to BT Together Option 1 without their consent, this certainly calls from some action! The effect is that line rental goes up by £1 per month with the Call Allowance of £2.15 per month withdrawn, i.e. a net increase of £3.15 per month!

If every customer on the Standard package signs up to a different phone company under CPS, even though you still have to pay the increase line rental to BT, you can at least make your voice heard by not letting BT route any of your call traffic!

lol if this thread was any older, it'd be on parchment...
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
