help me setup my stocks ISA

Hi all this is my first time setting uip a stocks and shares ISA

Im not sure wether to go with Hargreaves Lansdown or to do it on my own

I usually invest in unit trust or investment trusts,

If they proctected in an ISA wrapper will that mean gains are tax free or dividends aswell ?

also is HL a good ISA provider eg not to expensive etc

    dividends on most are taxed but I think REITS and corporate bond funds dividends are tax free
