6 minors, four of which were for not looking in the mirrors
just been out for a long drive with my mum, who couldn't hide her fear lol, white knuckles where she was holding on :rotfl: although she kept the fear out of her voice, I felt quite nervous but will go out again with my sis and get my confidence up.
Thanks for all your kind wishes and tipsWell it's my turn now...got my driving test tomorrow. I'd not really done any bay parking til last week as my first test was in a test centre where they don't do bay parking as part of the test. I'm sure I'll be alright though.0 -

My driving instructor had suggested that I make a slightly exaggerated movement for blind spot checking, as I have a neck injury from years ago that makes it hard to turn my head quickly. However, when I couldn't be bothered to faff around with my contact lenses and wore my glasses instead, he said the movement I made to take out the glasses' blind spot was enough for the examiner.
Will still be some time before I am test ready, however, so my knowledge of this is obviously limited - but he is the only instructor I have really felt comfortable with so far, as he has explained what I have done wrong/need to do rather than sit back and wait until I make a error out of ignorance.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0
