Where abouts are you? There's a brilliant vegie Indian buffet in Chappel Market (North London) that is £3.95 for eat as much as you like. It's a bit limited in choice but very good - and the fresh salads are gorgeous. Have water to drink and there's your full meal really cheap and nutritious.
