After the survey it goes to THIS PAGE - just click on "Enter the Competition"

PS. Final page after filling in name etc. gives closing date 27th April.

Just tried it in FF and it worked ok, after thank you page it automatically redirected me to a page where you click Enter Competition

Didn't work for me in IE but OK in FF, however then said end date 27th April!

I completed the survey from the link in the OP and the window closed, then used link in One-Eye's post (thank you) and it said 'thank you for completing the survey, now enter the competition...'.
