Hi Thier need some advice
I was made reduntant from my job out of the blue without any notice.
I was placed on gardening leave with a weeks notice, i was just short of 2 yrs service with the company by a couple of months so redundancy package.
The company is closing the office and moving down south
My contract states a weeks notice if i was to leave the company
Now im out of a job with an expensive car lease to deal with
Can they do this

If they are closing the office then that will make you redundanct.
When is the office closing if this is not for a while yet there may be room to negotiate?
If your job will relocate then they should consider offering you the job at the new location.
Talk to ACAS they have not followed the correct procedure.
