just thought i would update, i have had my telphone call with payplan they have e mailed me a copy of my income and outgoings to sign and also a standing order form to send to my bank. they have said once they receive my first payment they will send my income and outgoings statement to my creditors, so once i get my next salary this should happen, i'm still very worried though, hope it all turns out well20p savers club 2013#23 83.00 (2014 numer 6,70.00 pounds) 2036SPC No 6(2013) 182.34

Hi Anna- well you have faced up to the problem and are seeking help and advice from a free service. You are going to be paying what you can afford - so if that's all you can afford that's all you can afford. Your creditors may not accept for a little while but they are unlikely to refuse the money
they may take you to court but as the saying goes 'you can't get blood out of a stone' and a judge will see you are paying what you can afford and are being responsible towards your debts. Plus it will cost the debt companies money to take you to court although they might try it on a bit and threaten you with it but don't be scared of them.
Take care and I hope things get a little easier for you and they soon settle down.
