Daisy's a fussy cat, very fussy in fact & will only eat cat food in jelly. She wont touch treats at all & her only other vice is Purina 1 dry.I did try her on IAM's & all the other brands but nope, would'nt touch it.
So I'm stuck feeding her Felix pouches & P1. The local Tesco had an offer on for the new Felix Marinades pouches,so on Monday I got her a couple of boxes.
Went to feed her yesterday & one of the pouches had inflated & was about to burst.I flushed the contents & today, phoned them up.
Not to complain but to make them aware of a possible faulty batch of that particular flavour.
The young lady on the phone,Hannah, took the details of the pouch to be passed onto the production manager. She then offered to replace the whole box & send out some other stuff.
Now I did'nt ring up looking for compensation but to make them aware of a bad product,so to get a gesture of goodwill is a brucy bonus for Daisy.
Well done Purina & Hannah!:T:T
