[STRIKE]I think the first answer is audrey hepburn or it could be katherine hepburn (insert confused smiley)[/STRIKE] Utter Rubbish TPD
It is looking highly likely that the answer is Robson Green (about 99%). Please, please thank hamster (who took the time to stop running in her wheel and post) at Post No. 21 for giving us the heads up
Sticking it in here save scrolling miles down: Today's clue: Our twinkly star has made millions melt as a porter, a fusilier and a competitive brother-in-law... (100 million per cent sure it is Robson Green)We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.0 -
:beer:Thanks so much to The Plush Doormat always kind and generous!!!:T
should be Katherine Hepburn, at least they are the two most famous (Katherine or Katharine as for birth name and Audrey) but there is long list of hepburns. Providing that's the surname they are looking for.
here's the list

Here's what it says on the competition web page...
"The winner of this competition will enjoy a two night weekend break for two people at The Trout Hotel, on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Terms & Conditions: The closing date for this competition is Sunday 2nd of May. The winner will be drawn at random on the 31st May and will be contacted by the 14th June.
Please note this break cannot be taken over Bank Holidays.
To enter, visit our Twitter page each day from the 26th - 30th April for clues about a celebrity who has sent a postcard for our Wish You Were Here Exhibition.
We’ll post a series of clues on Twitter each day so to make sure you don’t miss these, follow us!"
It says it's a celebrity who has sent a postcard to them for their exhibition so it needs to be someone who is still alive. Could it be Holly Willoughby maybe?0 -
They might be talking about the new version, the play in the West End then. Thanks to those who help us to win !

I didn't see the bit about the postcard when I posted earlier. It has only just gone up. If Holly Willoughby sent a postcard, then that ties in with Holly Golightly who is a character in B at T

Ok I will try and explain but I don't know that much either. On their webpage you have to guess a celebrity from the clues on twitter, and then enter the name of the celebrity here:
http://www.wishyouwereherecumbria.co.uk/competition.html
Today's clue is: Here's our 1st clue! Our star this wk shares a name with someone who liked to Breakfast At Tiffany's
Thanks for all the entries to competwition already, but here's an extra clue - the celeb has sent us a postcard recently, so they are alive!
The OP mentioned that Holly Willoughby had sent them a postcard. So I am putting 2 and 2 together and probably making 5
, but Holly Golightly is a character in Breakfast at Tiffanys. So Holly Willoughby is my rather tentative answer.
Open to any further suggestions
