Wife's car clamped

we were woke @08.00 this morning by a bailiff in regards to a outstanding parking fine from some point back in mid 2009 car has now been clamped we have had no letters in regrads to a fine nore and from the bailiffs DRAKES. they are now wanting £310.20p for something we have no idea about. any idea's what to do now?

Contact the council quickly and speak to them. Contact bailiffadviceonline quickly.Have you moved house or changed car and forgot to tell the dvla?

contacted the council they say it from jul 2009 we did own the car then so guess its ours it was issued in a place where we park all the time, just had to pay 150 and the rest this friday:mad::beer: LOVE LIFE PROCEED & PROGRESS0
