I haven't amended my bros POC, because I haven't heard anything from the bank and the stay is very long saying Nov 2011.

In the next month or two I believe there will be some cases trying the new arguments? Or at least defending strike outs, the courts and claimants are waiting to see what happens.

The banks think they've won, or are at least posturing as if they have, but many people believe its not cut and dried.

I KNOW its not over which is why I most certainly will still be here for at least the next 12 months, lol(apologies to those who may have thought that I was going )
