Anyone used mymoveconveyancing.com?

Just had a quote from them and their fees and disbursements seems reasonable.
The telephone enquiry was handled efficiently and courteously.

But have yet to find anyone who's used them.

(Trying to save on this sale/purchase has been great for me so far using housenetwork.com as an estate agent - some 9K saved on a traditional agent! Will add to my thread about this soon with my own experience.)

  • Be very careful of companies who quote low prices on the internet. Check the small print of their Terms and Conditions in which should be your quotation of prices. I know one company that if you wish to proceed very quickly then they charge alot more extra that isn't in your original quote and it can get very expensive. You don't have to employ a solicitor/conveyancer in your area you can use one any where in the country.

If you contact https://www.movewithus.com they have a panel of solicitors/conveyancers who are reputable and you will get a decent price through these. I know I said to be careful of internet companies but this one is reputable they do a lot of work with big developers and sell their partex houses for them. I have had a lot of dealings with them and know that their panel is usually reputable firms.

    Good Luck

The one I've recommended twice to clients now is conveyancingexperts.co.uk

They seemed ok, no real problems and easy to get through to on the phone but I would have to see a few more cases complete before I'd definately say they are good
